  1. These appeared to be a wonderful idea, which is the reason I bought a number of them. They work well enough, but I’ve found that the brass screw-in shell that the thermistors are glued into have a problem. The glue becomes hardened from the temperatures in a typical 3D printer hot-end, and it releases it’s hold on the inside of the brass fitting, which is also threaded on the inside of the hole. This allows the thermistor to be able to be unscrewed from the brass, but, more importantly, the…
