  1. All hardware identical to Arduino Mega 2560 Works identically to a regular Arduino. I bought a different brand of ‘fake arduino’ on eBay for use as a MIDI controller, planning to reflash the 16U2 USB chip in DFU mode but it had a different USB chip that doesn’t support reflashing. (Yes, I understand that this is a VERY specific use case) This chip, however, DOES work for reflashing in DFU mode. As far as I can tell, all hardware is exactly identical to the Arduino Genuino Mega 2560. I can CONFIRM, however, that it DOES have an Atmel Mega…

  2. Simply love it! Fired up Simply love it! Fired up, right out of the box. Using Windows 7 and didn’t even have to download drivers. The board is of a very high quality. I have been using it for several days with no issues, (except I think the USB cable I am using has some connector issues). (That is my problem though, don’t you know.) I am using it with a TFTLCD and all the example code for it, and any other code I have run, work just as it should, when wired correctly. I recommend this item to anyone that needs a good…

  3. I have been using it pretty extensively and had zero problems I have been using it pretty extensively and had zero problems. I have powered what is probably too many components at once and it held up fine. I have powered it using an external 5v source and when the battery was low and I turned on a motor the supply went too low and it crashed, but then always rebooted fine (not all boards do that; not sure why but some boards require a full power off before they boot properly after a low voltage crash). Anyway, at this price I expected a few minor issues…
